Rehearsal Dinner
Dear Jamie and Barbara,
Thanks again for the most spectacular rehearsal dinner! You created an elegant yet relaxed ambiance and then really knocked them out with the food! Yes, we like to take credit for the vegetables from our farm that you used, but the results were extraordinary. The appetizers were perky and special. The chicken and pasta offerings were excellent. But the beef had many people swooning with delight.We've had countless people tell us that they've never tasted anything so good in their lives! It's true. I've heard from many in attendance that our rehearsal dinner was the best meal they ever had.
Your staff was wonderful, attentive and friendly. You all worked together to make an evening of which we are extremely proud and will never forget.

Barmitzvah Celebration
When we decided to use Vermont Seasons Fine Catering for our event,and we'd made selections from the excellent options of appetizers and main courses we expected good things. The food and presentation far exceeded our expectations without exception, each dish was delicious, unique and beautifully presented. Many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was and everything looked absolutely gorgeous. The staff was professional and helpful and we were more than satisfied with how everything turned out!
